We're hiring a Sales & Client Relations Executive to be the primary point of contact for prospective buyers of Shree City Solar Duplex Township — handling outbound calls, lead follow-up, CRM data entry, client query resolution, and on-site plot tours.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to leads from ads, referrals, and walk-ins
- Follow up consistently with warm and cold leads through to conversion or closure
- Maintain and update CRM records after every client interaction
- Handle client enquiries on pricing, payment plans and floor plans
- Conduct on-site tours of the township, explaining plot layouts, construction status, and amenities
- Travel to meet clients off-site when required (site visits, document handovers, follow-up meetings)
- Coordinate with the project director on scheduling and closing support
- Send WhatsApp/SMS follow-ups and maintain a professional communication cadence
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal communication — confident, warm, persuasive
- Fluency in English, Bengali, and Hindi
- Must have own two-wheeler for site visits and client meetings
- Comfortable with basic CRM and data entry
Preferred Background
- Prior experience in real estate, banking, insurance, or telecalling/sales roles
- Familiarity with Durgapur and the surrounding industrial belt
- Graduate, any discipline
