Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to generate qualified business opportunities and schedule meetings with potential clients. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys talking to people, building relationships, and contributing directly to business growth.
Key Responsibilities
* Generate leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, email, and WhatsApp.
* Contact architects, interior designers, builders, developers, and real estate companies.
* Schedule qualified meetings for the founder.
* Follow up with existing and prospective clients.
* Maintain and update lead information in the CRM.
* Qualify prospects before scheduling meetings.
* Coordinate with the founder regarding meeting schedules and follow-ups.
* Assist in proposal follow-ups and client relationship management.
* Achieve weekly and monthly appointment and sales targets.
Requirements
* Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
* Confident speaking with business owners and decision-makers.
* Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
* Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
* Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-driven.
* Prior experience in B2B sales or business development is preferred but not mandatory.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
* 20–40 outbound calls per day.
* 20+ follow-up conversations daily.
* 8–10 qualified client meetings scheduled per week.
* Consistent CRM updates and follow-up tracking.
* Contribution toward monthly revenue targets.
Compensation
* Performance incentives for qualified meetings.
* Additional incentives for successfully closed projects.
* Growth opportunities into Business Development Manager as the company expands.
