We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven SDR to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in US sales and a proven track record in cold calling, lead generation, and closing deals. You will be responsible for reaching out to prospects, pitching our solutions, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume cold calls to prospective clients in the US market.
- Present, promote, and sell products/services to potential customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
- Meet or exceed sales targets by closing deals independently.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and opportunities in CRM tools.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions.
Requirements
✅ Fluent English communication skills – verbal and written.
✅ 2-3 yrs experience in US Sales / International Sales.
✅ Proven ability to handle cold calling & deal closures.
✅ Comfortable working in night shifts (US shift).
✅ Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a target-driven environment.
Nice to Have
- Experience working in B2B SaaS / IT Services / International Sales.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).
