Key Responsibilities
Operations Management
- Oversee daily housekeeping activities across wards, OTs, ICUs, OPD, public areas, and toilets
- Prepare duty rosters and manage manpower deployment for all shifts
- Monitor cleaning schedules, checklists, and quality standards
Infection Control & Compliance
- Ensure adherence to NABH, BMW rules, and hospital infection control protocols
- Implement terminal cleaning, spill management, and linen management SOPs
- Coordinate with Nursing & Infection Control teams for audits and training
Team Supervision & Training
- Recruit, train, and evaluate housekeeping supervisors and HK staff
- Conduct training on chemical usage, PPE, equipment handling, and waste segregation
Inventory & Vendor Management
- Maintain stock of cleaning chemicals, consumables, and equipment
- Raise indents, verify bills, and coordinate with vendors for timely supply
- Monitor equipment AMC and breakdowns
Audit & Reporting
- Conduct daily rounds and maintain HK audit reports
- Track patient feedback scores and initiate corrective actions
- Prepare monthly MIS on manpower, consumables, and compliance
Pay: Up to ₹75,000.00 per month
