Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and results-oriented Performance Marketing Manager to join our team in the Advertisement Industry. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in digital marketing with hands-on experience in managing campaigns across various platforms, including Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Google Ads. This role is pivotal in driving growth and performance through strategic marketing initiatives and data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and manage comprehensive performance marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive customer acquisition.
- Optimize digital marketing campaigns across Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Google Ads to achieve defined performance metrics and KPIs.
- Utilize Google Analytics and other analytical tools to monitor and analyze campaign performance, deriving insights to improve effectiveness and ROI.
- Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop compelling ad creatives and messaging that resonate with target audiences.
- Manage CRM systems to enhance customer engagement, retention strategies, and lead nurturing processes.
- Conduct A/B testing and other optimization techniques to refine marketing strategies and enhance campaign performance.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in performance marketing and the advertisement sector.
Qualifications:
- MBA in Marketing or completion of a Performance Marketing Executive Course.
- 3-6 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably within the advertisement industry.
- Proficient in digital marketing tools and analytics platforms, including Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and Google Analytics.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed, data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects effectively.
