We are seeking an experienced and service-oriented F&B Captain to lead our service team and ensure an exceptional dining experience for guests. The F&B Captain will supervise daily floor operations, coordinate with kitchen and bar teams, maintain service standards, and handle guest requests professionally. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, in-depth food and beverage knowledge, and a passion for hospitality.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and guide service staff during shifts
- Ensure high standards of food, beverage, and service quality
- Take and coordinate guest orders accurately
- Handle guest feedback and resolve issues promptly
- Support training of junior staff and promote teamwork

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
