Salesforce Developer with AURA, APEX, LWC Skills Responsibilities: Collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, and other developers to understand business requirements and translate them into technical designs and solutions. Develop custom Salesforce applications using AURA, APEX, LWC, and other related technologies, ensuring high code quality and adherence to best practices. Customize Salesforce platform features, including page layouts, workflows, validation rules, and reports, to meet business needs. Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment. Troubleshoot and resolve issues in Salesforce applications, performing bug fixes, enhancements, and optimizations as required. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive technical solutions and provide guidance on Salesforce best practices. Qualifications Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer, with a strong focus on AURA, APEX, and LWC. Proficiency in APEX programming language and familiarity with Visualforce pages and controllers. Hands-on experience developing Lightning Web Components (LWC) and utilizing the Lightning Component Framework. Experience with declarative development tools, including Process Builder, Flow Builder, and Lightning App Builder. Knowledge of source control systems, continuous integration, and deployment tools (e.g., Git, Jenkins, Salesforce DX). Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment. Experience with Einstein / Salesforce AI capabilities • Strong hands‑on experience in Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce configuration (Objects, Flows, Validation Rules). • Good understanding of integrations (REST/SOAP), governor limits, asynchronous Apex, and CI/CD using SFDX/Git.
