Job Summary
Beyond Passion Photography is hiring a Telecalling Executive to manage client communication, generate leads, and support the sales team. The role involves interacting with potential customers, explaining services, and scheduling appointments for the sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and handle inbound inquiries
- Provide accurate information about photography services, packages, and pricing
- Generate and qualify leads for the sales team
- Schedule appointments and follow up with clients
- Maintain and update customer databases and call records
- Support the sales team in achieving monthly targets
- Handle customer queries in a professional manner
Requirements
- Fresher or 1–3 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer support
- Good communication skills in Tamil and English
- Strong interpersonal and convincing skills
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools preferred)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
