Job description
We are looking for ambitious professionals to join our team as Field Sales Executives. The role is based across Chandigarh and Punjab and will focus on building strong distributor and retail networks.
- Drive sales growth and meet monthly targets.
- Appoint and manage distributors, wholesalers, and retailers.
- Ensure product visibility and market penetration.
- Implement promotions and organize customer engagement initiatives.
- Collect and analyze market intelligence for competitive advantage.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-driven and target-oriented personality.
- Previous sales/marketing experience preferred.
- Providing regular sales performance reports.
