Key Responsibilities as : Customer Service Executive or OPERATION EXCEUTIVE WITH FREIGHT FORWARDER OR CUSTOM CLEARANCE HOUSE .
- Prepare and verify Shipping Instructions with 100% accuracy to avoid delays and penalties.
- Handle sea & air shipment strat to end
- Manage Air Waybill (AWB), Master Bill of Lading (MBL), and House Bill of Lading (HBL) drafts and finals with zero error.
- Place bookings with liners, NVOCCs, and airlines; ensure timely and accurate confirmations.
- Coordinate with custom clearance agents, liners, and transporters to resolve shipment issues and prevent delays or discrepancies.
- File Verified Gross Mass (VGM) with odeX accurately and on time.
- Generate invoices using fstudio software.
- Experience: At least 3–5 Years. in customs clearance, specifically in export and import (Air & Sea)
- Strong experience in filling Shipping Instructions with various lines.
- Fluency in English and proficiency in MS Office is must
Job Requirements: - Graduation in any stream
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Location: Western Railway Line or Metro Lines (candidates based in these areas are preferred)
Immediate joiners are highly preferred
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹26,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
