LADR Media is an international marketing agency based in Kochi. We run ads, build content, and grow brands across India, Dubai, and Australia. You will be involved in planning, shooting, framing, lighting, camera movement, and creating visual content that works for brands and social media. You should be comfortable working in different locations, travelling when required, and handling shoots independently.
What You Will Do
- Shoot short-form content for Instagram Reels & YouTube Shorts
- Shoot long-form videos for YouTube, brand films, and client projects
- Handle camera equipment, lenses, lighting, audio, and other production gear
- Use agimbal and full camera gear to capture smooth, professional footage
- Plan and execute shoots based on briefs, scripts, and creative concepts
- Set up appropriate framing, composition, lighting, and camera angles
- Shoot product videos, founder content, testimonials, and social media content
- Operate a drone for aerial footage when required
- Work closely with the creative, marketing, and editing teams
- Understand the requirements of different social media platforms and shoot accordingly
- Capture multiple shots and variations that can be used for ads and content testing
- Ensure footage is properly organised, backed up, and handed over to the editing team
- Travel for shoots across India and internationally when required
- Sometimes assist with basic editing, footage selection, or production-related tasks
- Take creative direction and feedback and adapt quickly during shoots
- Maintain and take responsibility for camera and production equipment
- Manage shoots professionally and deliver the required footage within deadlines
What You Must Have
- A strong portfolio or showreel demonstrating your videography skills.
- Strong understanding of cameras, lenses, framing, composition, and camera settings
- Gimbal handling experience with full camera gear
- Experience shooting professional-quality social media and marketing content
- Good understanding of video formats, aspect ratios, and framing for different platforms
- Ability to work independently and manage shoots from setup to completion
- Good communication skills and the ability to understand creative briefs
- Willingness to travel nationally and internationally for projects
- Personal editing laptop suitable for handling and reviewing video footage
- A valid car driving licence is an advantage
- Ability to work under deadlines and adapt to changing shoot requirements
Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
