Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and proactive Production Manager to oversee daily manufacturing operations, ensure production targets are achieved, maintain quality standards, and improve operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities Plan and supervise daily production activities. Monitor manpower, machines, and production schedules. Ensure quality standards and timely dispatch. Reduce wastage and improve productivity. Coordinate with Purchase, Maintenance, QA, and Stores teams. Maintain production reports and MIS. Ensure compliance with safety and company policies. Requirements Experience as a Production Manager in a manufacturing industry. Strong leadership and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of production planning, quality control, and inventory management. Good communication and team management skills.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
