Minimum of 3 years of robust, proven experience, preferably in the banking and financial services domain, applying quantitative concepts to solve complex business problems.
- Bachelor’s degree, at minimum, in a relevant quantitative discipline.
- Good knowledge of programming tools, Machine Learning, and prediction modelling, with proficiency in one or a combination of the following: Python programming language, Structured Query Language, Tableau, Unix, other Business Intelligence tools, and data technologies across Unix, mainframe, or Windows platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders, both internally and externally.
- Strong organisational, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively across all levels of the organisation.
