Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented accounts professional to support the finance team in daily accounting and inventory operations. The role will assist in maintaining financial records, tracking inventory, and supporting basic accounting processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in maintaining financial records and accounting documents.
- Support the team in data entry, bookkeeping, and accounting entries.
- Help prepare invoices, bills, and payment records.
- Assist in bank reconciliation and expense tracking.
- Maintain and organize financial and accounting documents.
- Support the team in GST, TDS, and other basic compliance tasks.
- Assist in preparing financial reports and Excel sheets.
- Monitor and maintain inventory records.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software (Tally preferred).
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
- Basic understanding of inventory management.
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
- Good organizational and record-keeping skills.
Eligibility
- 6 month - 2 years of experience is mandatory
- Pursuing or recently completed B.Com / M.Com / BBA (Finance) / MBA (Finance).
- Interest in accounts, finance, and inventory management.
