Position: Network Engineer – L1
Job Responsibilities:
* Monitor and maintain LAN/WAN network infrastructure.
* Troubleshoot basic network connectivity issues.
* Configure and support routers, switches, and Wi-Fi devices.
* Provide Level-1 technical support and resolve network incidents.
* Escalate complex issues to the L2/L3 support team.
* Monitor network performance and ensure maximum uptime.
* Maintain incident logs and technical documentation.
* Coordinate with field engineers for installation and fault resolution.
Eligibility:
* Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. in Electronics, Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
* 1–2 years of experience in Networking (Freshers with strong networking knowledge may also apply).
* Basic knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLAN, Routing & Switching.
* Knowledge of Cisco, Juniper, or MikroTik devices is preferred.
* CCNA certification (preferred).
Skills Required:
* Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
* Good communication and teamwork.
* Willingness to work in rotational shifts and travel, if required.
