Job Purpose
The Front Office Executive is responsible for creating a positive first impression for members and guests by providing professional, courteous, and efficient front desk services. The role involves managing member interactions, handling reservations, responding to inquiries, and ensuring seamless guest experiences in line with The Marque Club's luxury hospitality standards.
Key ResponsibilitiesGuest & Member Services
- Welcome members and guests warmly upon arrival.
- Manage member check-ins, guest registrations, and visitor records.
- Assist members with reservations, bookings, and club-related inquiries.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and WhatsApp communications professionally.
- Ensure a seamless arrival and departure experience.
Front Desk Operations
- Maintain the reception area in a clean and presentable condition.
- Manage daily appointment schedules, reservations, and event bookings.
- Coordinate with F&B, Membership, Housekeeping, and Operations teams to fulfill member requests.
- Maintain accurate records of members, guests, and visitors.
Member Relations
- Address member concerns promptly and professionally.
- Escalate complaints or service issues to the concerned department when necessary.
- Build positive relationships with members and promote club facilities and events.
Administrative Duties
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly front office reports.
- Maintain visitor logs and club records.
- Assist in membership documentation and database management.
- Support billing and payment-related activities when required.
Compliance & Standards
- Adhere to club policies, grooming standards, and service protocols.
- Ensure confidentiality of member information.
- Follow safety, security, and operational procedures at all times.
Qualifications
- Graduate in Hospitality, Hotel Management, Business Administration, or any related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Front Office, Guest Relations, Reception, or Customer Service.
- Experience in hospitality, luxury clubs, hotels, or premium service environments preferred.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
