We are seeking an experienced and creative Marketing Manager to join our growing advertising agency. In this role, you will be the bridge between our agency’s creative vision and our clients' business goals. You will lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of multi-channel marketing campaigns, ensuring that every project we deliver drives measurable ROI for our clients while maintaining the high aesthetic and brand standards our agency is known for.
Core Responsibilities
- Strategic Campaign Development: Partner with account and creative teams to conceptualize and execute integrated advertising campaigns across digital, social, print, and experiential channels.
- Client Collaboration: Act as a strategic partner to clients, translating their business challenges into actionable marketing strategies and compelling creative briefs.
- Performance Optimization: Use data-driven insights to monitor campaign performance. Report on KPIs (ROI, conversion rates, reach, engagement) and pivot strategies in real-time to maximize results.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of marketing associates and content creators. Foster a collaborative environment that encourages creative risk-taking while maintaining deadlines.
- Market Intelligence: Conduct ongoing competitive analysis and market research to identify trends, emerging platforms, and new opportunities for our clients.
- Agency Growth: Support agency-led initiatives, including promoting our own brand visibility, developing case studies, and assisting in new business pitches.
Key Qualifications
- Experience: 1+ years of experience in marketing or advertising, with a proven track record of managing integrated campaigns in an agency or fast-paced brand environment.
- Strategic Mindset: Ability to balance big-picture brand strategy with the tactical execution of daily advertising tasks.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; you must be able to present complex strategies clearly to clients and lead internal brainstorms effectively.
- Creative Eye: A strong appreciation for high-quality creative output and a demonstrated ability to provide constructive feedback that elevates design and copywriting.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
