What You Will Work On
- Real-time IT Helpdesk & Technical Support (L1 & L2)
- Hands-on experience with Windows Servers & AWS Cloud
- Networking exposure (LAN, WAN, VPN, VLAN, Firewalls)
- Active Directory, DNS, DHCP & Group Policies
- Office 365, email configuration & remote support
- Server monitoring, backups & updates
