Social Media Content Creator
We are looking for a on-camera Content Creator to be part of our short-form social content.
Compensation & Commitment
- ₹10,000 per month
- MAX 8 shoots per month
- Each shoot will be approximately 4–5 hours maximum
- Part-time, recurring opportunity
- Camera, production, and editing handled by the founder
The Role
You'll be part of fun, spontaneous social formats involving real people and real conversations. You'll interact with strangers, play different social games, ask questions, challenge perspectives, and help make each interaction entertaining and natural.
Some of the formats we're developing include:
- Swap Perspectives – seeing how differently two people can look at the same situation
- 90 Seconds to Change My Mind – trying to genuinely change someone's opinion
- 90 Seconds to Predict Each Other – seeing how well two strangers can read each other
- Other social experiments and conversation-based formats
You will NOT be responsible for filming or editing. The founder will handle the camera, production, and editing.
Your main role is to be the on-camera personality, interact naturally with people, and bring your own personality and energy to the content.
Who We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who:
- Is comfortable talking to people they don't know
- Has a naturally outgoing and engaging personality
- Is comfortable being on camera
- Can think on their feet and improvise
- Can keep conversations natural rather than overly scripted
- Is curious about people and enjoys having conversations
- Can bring energy and personality without feeling forced
Previous hosting, acting, or content-creation experience is a plus, but NOT mandatory. We're more interested in your personality, confidence, and ability to connect with people.

The video doesn't need to be professionally recorded or edited. We simply want to see how naturally you communicate and carry yourself on camera.
We're less interested in a perfect résumé and more interested in who you are on camera and how you interact with people.
