Axium Global is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Business Development Executive to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to build a career in business development within the AEC (Architecture, Engineering & Construction) industry and gain exposure to international markets, including the US, UK, Europe, Middle East, and Australia.
What You'll Do:
- Identify and research potential clients and market opportunities
- Support lead generation through email outreach, cold calling, and online research
- Maintain and update CRM records with accurate prospect information
- Schedule meetings and follow up with prospective clients
- Track outreach activities and prepare reports
- Conduct market and competitor research
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential leads
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn
- Basic understanding of sales or business development processes
- Familiarity with MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage
- Experience in lead generation, particularly in the US market, will be a plus but is not mandatory
