Shivalika Cleantech Projects Pvt. Ltd., a government-recognized startup in the renewable energy sector, is hiring a Relationship Executive / Business Development Executive for our solar rooftop power plant division, covering residential and commercial buildings in Gwalior.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads and build relationships with residential and commercial clients for solar rooftop installations
- Conduct client consultations on system planning, panel selection, and financial benefits (subsidies, savings, ROI)
- Coordinate with the design and installation team to ensure smooth project handoff
- Follow up with clients post-installation for service, maintenance, and referrals
- Meet monthly business development and sales targets
Requirements:
- Prior experience in sales, business development, or field relationship roles (solar/renewable energy background preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with strong local market knowledge of Gwalior
- Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred for client visits
Salary: Rs. 15,000 - Rs. 22,000 per month, plus best-in-industry performance-based incentives and bonuses.
