Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and proactive Clinic Floor Manager & Business Developer to oversee day-to-day clinic operations while driving business growth. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth clinic functioning, manage operational activities, enhance patient experience, and identify opportunities to increase revenue and expand the clinic's reach.
Key ResponsibilitiesClinic Operations Management
- Oversee daily clinic operations and ensure smooth workflow.
- Monitor and complete daily operational tasks and reporting.
- Coordinate with doctors, therapists, counselors, and support staff.
- Ensure proper scheduling of appointments and patient flow management.
- Maintain high standards of patient care and service quality.
- Ensure clinic hygiene, compliance, and operational efficiency.
- Manage inventory, medicine stock, and clinic supplies.
- Handle patient queries, escalations, and feedback effectively.
Team Management
- Supervise front desk, counselors, and clinic support staff.
- Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.
- Ensure staff adherence to SOPs and company policies.
- Train and motivate teams to achieve operational and business goals.
Business Development
- Develop and implement strategies to increase patient footfall and revenue.
- Build relationships with doctors, healthcare partners, and referral networks.
- Identify new business opportunities and local partnerships.
- Coordinate with the marketing team for promotional campaigns and lead generation.
- Monitor conversion rates and business performance metrics.
- Prepare business reports and recommend growth initiatives.
Reporting & Compliance
- Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
- Track key metrics including patient satisfaction, appointments, conversions, and revenue.
- Ensure accurate documentation and record management.
- Maintain compliance with company policies and healthcare regulations.
