The Opportunity
Digit88 is seeking a highly motivated, strategic, and results-oriented Marketing Manager to lead the positioning and go-to-market (GTM) execution of the company's solutions and service offerings. This role is pivotal in shaping how Digit88's capabilities are packaged, positioned, and communicated to target markets.
Working closely with business, technology, and sales leaders, the Marketing Manager will develop compelling value propositions, solution narratives, thought leadership content, marketing campaigns, and sales enablement assets that drive market awareness, demand generation, and pipeline growth.
The ideal candidate combines a strong understanding of enterprise Data, Analytics, AI, and Digital Engineering landscapes with exceptional storytelling, content marketing, and product marketing skills. They will translate complex technical capabilities into clear, differentiated business value, enabling customers to understand how Digit88's solutions solve real business challenges and deliver measurable outcomes.
Role & Responsibilities
i) Outbound Pipeline Generation

Identify and prospect target North American accounts across key industry verticals.

Drive outbound campaigns through cold calling, email, LinkedIn, and intent-based prospecting.

Build qualified sales pipeline and manage SDR/BDR performance.

Monitor outreach effectiveness and maintain CRM hygiene.
ii) Content & Thought Leadership

Case studies & portfolios: Document delivered projects with measurable outcomes to build proof of expertise.

Technical blogs & whitepapers: Publish content on React, Node, cloud-native, AI/ML integrations authored by engineers.

Website & SEO: Own site messaging, landing pages, service pages, and organic search rankings for dev services keywords

Videos & webinars: Produce demos, explainer videos, and webinars showcasing tech capabilities and team culture.
iii) Demand Generation & Lead Generation

Outbound Campaigns: LinkedIn, email, and intent-based outreach targeting CTOs, VPs of Engineering, and product owners.

Inbound: Run Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads for service-specific keywords; retargeting for site visitors.

Partner & Referral Program: Build referral pipelines through AWS, GCP partners, tech incubators, and client referrals

Event & Conferences: Represent at DevFest, local tech meetups; sponsor or host niche engineering events.
iV) Sales Enablement & Client Marketing

Sales Collateral: Decks, one-pagers, RFP templates, and capability docs tailored to verticals or service lines.

Account-based Marketing: Hyper-targeted campaigns for high-value target accounts with personalised content.

Client Communications: Newsletters, product updates, and milestone announcements to nurture existing accounts.

Proposal & RFPs: Coordinate with delivery leads to craft compelling, differentiated proposals.
V) Brand & Digital Presence

Social Media: LinkedIn (primary), X/Twitter, YouTube — share engineering wins, team culture, and tech opinions.

Employer Branding: Showcase engineering culture on Glassdoor, LinkedIn, and job listings to attract top talent.

Design & Brand Guideline: Maintain visual identity consistency across all materials, templates, and external communications
Vi) Analytics & Reporting
- Marketing KPI’s: Track MQLs, SQLs, CAC, conversion rates, pipeline contribution, and ROAS monthly

Website Analytics: Monitor traffic, bounce rates, top-performing pages, and conversion paths

CRM & Marketing Operations: Own CRM or similar — lead scoring, nurture workflows, campaign attribution.
To be successful in this role, you should possess

8–12 years in B2B marketing, preferably in IT Services OR Software Services

Proven experience in demand generation and full-funnel campaign management
-
Strong content writing and storytelling skills for a technical audience

Proficiency with marketing automation, CRM, and analytics tools

Data-driven mindset with hands-on experience optimizing channel ROI
Successfully able to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Experience marketing to US / EMEA clients from India
