Location: Rajouri Garden & Vasant Vihar, New Delhi

Dadu Medical Centre is looking for an experienced and dynamic Sales Head to lead our sales team and drive business growth across both branches.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team.
- Monitor sales performance and prepare MIS reports.
- Drive patient conversions and maximize revenue.
- Coordinate with Doctors, Counsellors, CRM, and Operations teams.
- Conduct team training and performance reviews.
- Handle escalations and ensure excellent patient experience.
- Identify new business opportunities and improve sales processes.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Sales Head or Sales Manager.
- Preferred: Candidates from the Dermatology, Aesthetic, Cosmetic Clinic, Healthcare, IVF, Dental, Wellness, or Hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Target-oriented with excellent analytical and decision-making abilities.
Job Details:
- 9 Hours Shift
- All Sundays Working
- One Week Off on a Weekday
- Must be comfortable working at both Rajouri Garden and Vasant Vihar branches.
Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
