Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Lead, motivate and manage a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key customers, identifying their needs and providing solutions to meet those needs.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to acquire new customers.
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management on sales activities, achievements and areas for improvement.
- Work closely with marketing and product development teams to ensure alignment of sales and marketing strategies.
- Analyze market trends and competitors' activities and provide recommendations to senior management.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent customer service and resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the company's products and services.
- Prepare and manage sales budgets and forecasts.
