Job Description/Responsibilities:
Collaborate with software developers to design and implement technology solutions for citizens and urban governance.
Work closely with the Development, Design, Analysis, and Testing teams to develop, enhance, and validate new and existing products.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of existing solutions in line with company requirements and objectives.
Assist in estimating tasks, identifying potential obstacles, and proposing actionable solutions to mitigate challenges.
Leverage a strong foundation in computer science fundamentals, data structures, and algorithms to support development and enhance product functionality.
Skills & Qualifications:
Recently completed BCA, BE/BTech in Computer Science from a reputed university with a focus on engineering.
Strong proficiency in web development technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and front-end frameworks such as React and Bootstrap.
Hands-on experience with Node.js for backend development.
Solid understanding of database management with basic knowledge of SQL.
Strong proficiency in Python and experience with the Django framework for full-stack development.
General programming skills with a focus on software development best practices and methodologies.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work effectively within cross-functional project teams.
Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to take initiative in a dynamic work environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with meticulous attention to detail.
