About the Role
Prixgen Tech Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented ERP Sales Manager to drive business growth by acquiring new clients and expanding our ERP business. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in selling ERP solutions and managing the complete B2B sales cycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities for ERP implementation projects.
- Manage the complete sales lifecycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Meet prospective clients, understand their business requirements, and recommend suitable ERP solutions.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and solution discussions in coordination with the pre-sales and implementation teams.
- Prepare proposals, commercial quotations, and participate in contract negotiations.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and key decision-makers.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and CRM records.
- Stay updated on ERP market trends and competitor offerings.
- Travel for client meetings, presentations, and business development activities as required.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in ERP Sales.
- Proven experience in B2B ERP solution sales with a strong record of achieving sales targets.
- Good understanding of ERP business processes and implementation lifecycle.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Strong customer engagement and consultative selling abilities.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in selling Odoo ERP or other ERP solutions such as SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle, or similar ERP platforms.
- Experience working with manufacturing, trading, retail, distribution, or service industry clients is an advantage.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Management, or a related discipline.
- MBA (Marketing) is preferred.
Work Mode
Hybrid
- Candidates based in Bengaluru may work from home with mandatory office attendance at the Mysore office twice a week.
- Candidates based in other locations across South India may work remotely with mandatory office attendance at the Mysore office once every 15 days.
Travel Requirement
- Must be willing to travel extensively for client meetings, presentations, and business development activities across South India and other locations as required.
Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
