Job Profile: Execution Engineer
Department: Technical Services / Plant Maintenance Solutions
Experience Required: 1–3 years in industrial auditing / maintenance / energy efficiency / plant engineering (Freshers with strong technical skills may also be considered)
Educational Qualification: Diploma / ITI / BE / B.Tech in Mechanical, Production, Electrical, Instrumentation, or related fields.
Key Responsibilities: Conduct on-site Compressed Air Leak Detection Audits using ultrasonic detectors or suitable tools. Perform Thermal Insulation Efficiency Surveys, identify insulation losses, calculate heat loss & ROI. Execute PSV (Pressure Safety Valve) Surveys, verification, tagging, documentation & reporting. Carry out Steam Trap Survey, Pump Efficiency Audit, Boiler Efficiency Observations, etc. (as required). Prepare technical reports, data sheets, and recommend action plans for improvement. Conduct root-cause analysis of energy loss and maintenance gaps. Coordinate with maintenance, production, and safety teams during audits. Support implementation of corrective actions and follow-ups post audit. Ensure safety compliance and use of PPE at all times during site activities. Maintain tools, instruments, calibration records, and field documentation. Provide technical support, training, and demonstrations to customer teams when needed.
Skills & Competencies: Good knowledge of industrial utilities: compressed air systems, steam systems, insulation standards. Ability to handle instruments like thermal cameras, ultrasonic leak detector, flow meters, etc. Basic knowledge of ISO standards (energy & safety) is an advantage. Strong communication skills & report writing ability (MS Office mandatory). Data analysis skills and ability to suggest cost-saving measures. Willingness to travel frequently to various industrial plants. Problem-solving attitude with customer service orientation. Reporting To Manager – Technical Services / Engineering Manager Salary Range As per industry standards & candidate experience.
