What You'll Do
Recruitment:
- Source candidates — job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, campus hiring
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR rounds
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
- Manage offer letters, negotiations, and onboarding paperwork
- Build and maintain talent pipeline for critical roles
HR Operations:
- Run onboarding for new hires — documentation, induction, buddy assignment
- Maintain employee records and HRMS (Zoho People / Keka / GreytHR)
- Process attendance, leave management, and payroll inputs
- Handle employee queries on policies, benefits, and compliance
- Coordinate with finance on salary disbursals and reimbursements
Employee Engagement:
- Plan and execute team events, celebrations, and engagement activities
- Conduct regular check-ins with employees
- Handle grievances and escalations with sensitivity
- Drive company culture initiatives
Admin & Compliance:
- Manage office operations — vendors, housekeeping, supplies
- Ensure compliance with labour laws (PF, ESI, PT, Gratuity)
- Maintain HR documentation and audit readiness
Must-Have:
- 2-4 years of HR experience, preferably in a startup or tech company
- Hands-on with recruitment — sourcing, screening, closing
- Experience with HRMS tools (Zoho People, Keka, GreytHR, or similar)
- Knowledge of Indian labour laws and compliance
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Self-starter who can work with minimal supervision
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
