We are looking for a dynamic Onsite Sales professional to manage customer interactions at project sites, handle walk-ins, and convert leads into successful sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle walk-in customers at project site
- Explain project details and conduct site visits
- Convert leads into sales and achieve targets
- Maintain customer follow-ups and relationships
- Coordinate with CRM and presales teams
- Manage booking process and documentation support
Requirements
- 2–8 years of real estate sales experience
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to handle onsite customer interactions
- Target-oriented and result-driven approach
- Knowledge of real estate market preferred
