Production schedule & Volume adherence
Skill development of manpower working in cells
Deployment of manpower as per production schedule
Ensuring setups as per production plan and ensure adecuate cycle time of CNC as well as SPM Machine.
Inspection as per plan and correction based on CMM Report.
Implement continuous improvement initiatives that reduces cost of operations, improves service level, capacity, productivity, reduction of man days, tool cost, rejection & consumables etc.
5S score Improvement and ensure TPM activity on shop floor with safe environment on shop floor
