About NRAI
NRAI & Robotics is the technology arm of NR Group — a 60-year-old Bangalore conglomerate spanning real estate, facades, luxury design, and construction. We are building a proprietary ERP + Agentic AI platform, starting with a full implementation for Spaceki Designs LLP (facade and building products company, HOMES Company of the Year 2024). This platform will subsequently be deployed across NR Realty and Khenshu, and eventually sold as a product to the Indian construction and manufacturing industry.
This is a ground-floor role. You will be the first full-time ERP Next specialist at NRAI and the technical owner of every implementation we deliver.
The Role
You will lead the end-to-end ERP Next implementation for Spaceki — covering CRM, SCM, Production, HR & Payroll, Installation Operations, and Integration with Tally Prime 5.0 via REST API. You will work directly with Dr. Nagaraj Reddy (Chairman, NR Group) and alongside Jayashree (Full-Stack Developer) and Bandi (Senior Architect, part-time).
What You Will Build
- ERP Next 15 deployments on cloud (DigitalOcean / AWS, MariaDB)
- Custom Frappe app for Spaceki-specific modules — BOQ management, vendor scorecard, snag tracking, installation workflow
- CRM module: Lead → BOQ upload → Quotation → Sales Order pipeline
- SCM: PR → PO with 4-level approval workflow → GRN → QC
- Manufacturing: BOM + 10-station fabrication routing
- HR & Payroll: Biometric sync, GPS attendance, PF/ESI/TDS, incentive engine
- Tally Prime 5.0 REST API integration — push invoices, pull ledger data
- Kafka event hooks for real-time inter-module communication
- API layer for 5 Lang Graph AI agents to read/write ERP Next data
Must Have
- 8+ years ERP experience, 4+ years specifically in ERP Next / Frappe
- 5+ live ERP Next go-lives — ideally in manufacturing or construction
- Deep Frappe Python — custom Doc Types, hooks, server scripts, custom apps
- India HR & Payroll configuration — PF, ESI, TDS, professional tax
- India GST compliance in ERP Next — GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, e-invoicing
- Workflow engine expertise — multi-level approval chains
- REST API integration experience — consuming and exposing APIs
- MariaDB — comfortable with schema, indexing, query optimisation

- Tally integration experience (any version)
- Frappe HRMS (separate HR module)
- Multi-site ERP Next setup
- Docker / K3s deployment
- Exposure to AI/ML integration with ERP systems
