We are looking for a passionate Paid Marketing Specialist (Performance Marketing) who has hands-on experience in B2B lead generation for the IT services and solutions segment.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum 5+ Years in B2B digital marketing experience in IT/Technology industry.
- MBA (Marketing) OR related fields with required experience.
- Proven experience with Paid Ads on Google, Microsoft, LinkedIn and YouTube.
- Analytical mindset and thorough in delivering the ROI for allotted budgets.
- Must have strong efficiency in English language, fluent communication and collaboration skills
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Connect with marketing and sales stakeholders to capture campaign requirements on the basis of geography, industry, ICP and buyer persona.
- Plan, launch, and optimize – brand and lead generation campaigns across Google, Microsoft, LinkedIn, YouTube and other 3 party mediums.
- Frame outline and Connect with content writers, designers and developers to develop landing pages required for paid campaigns.
- Manage end-to-end campaign execution – From keyword research to smart bidding, precise audience targeting to ad setup, creative testing to landing page optimization, analysis to analytics & more.
- Consistently improve the funnel on a month to month basis by analyzing, interpreting data and optimizing right parameters to navigate the campaign complexities.
- Deliver and improve core KPIs by lower CPA and higher conversion rate and ROAS on a quarterly basis.
- Implement A/B testing for ad creative, content copy, landing pages, and visual elements to maximize campaign performance.
- Track, analyze, and report performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager and Looker Studio dashboards.
- Familiarity with other analytical tools Spyfu, SEMrush, Zapier etc will be added advantage.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
