Qualification B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering
Experience 5 to 7 years of experience in Billing and QS Experience in Interior Fit-Out / Construction projects preferred
Job Summary
Responsible for project billing, quantity verification, BOQ preparation,
subcontractor billing, and
cost tracking for interior/construction projects. Key Responsibilities
Prepare client and subcontractor bills
Verify site measurements and quantities
Prepare BOQs, estimation sheets, and quantity take-offs
Coordinate with project, procurement, and accounts teams
Track variations, extra items, and project costs
Maintain billing records and payment follow-ups
Prepare billing and cost MIS reports
Required Skills
Knowledge of BOQ, estimation, and rate analysis
Proficiency in MS Excel and AutoCAD
Good communication and coordination skills
