Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, and industry events.
- Generate leads, qualify prospects, and convert them into long-term clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners.
- Develop and execute effective business development strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Conduct regular client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and delivery.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments.
- Prepare and share regular reports on sales performance, pipeline status, and business insights.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3–4 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of sales processes and client acquisition strategies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Target-oriented mindset with strong execution skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in BBA, MBA, or related field (Sales & Marketing preferred).
- Experience in handling B2B sales or corporate clients will be an advantage.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
