Job Title: Accounts Executive / Accountant

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Accountant to join our laptop retail business. The ideal candidate should have experience in accounting, GST compliance, billing, inventory reconciliation, and maintaining financial records.
Responsibilities
- Maintain day-to-day accounting records.
- Record purchase and sales invoices.
- Perform bank reconciliations.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable.
- Handle billing and invoicing.
- Maintain stock and inventory records.
- Prepare monthly financial reports.
- Coordinate with the CA for statutory compliance.
- Ensure accurate documentation and record keeping.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent.
- 1–3 years of accounting experience (Freshers with strong accounting knowledge may also apply).
- Proficiency in Tally Prime and Microsoft Excel.
- Knowledge of GST and basic accounting principles.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Honest, responsible, and detail-oriented.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in a retail business.
- Knowledge of inventory management.
- Familiarity with accounting software
Salary
₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (Based on experience and skills)
Working Hours
Monday to Saturday
10:00 AM – 8:00 PM
