We are looking for a dedicated and Enthusiastic Tele callers and Student Counsellor to guide students in selecting suitable courses, colleges, and career opportunities. The candidate will be responsible for counselling students regarding admissions, study abroad opportunities, documentation, and enrollment procedures.
Roles & Responsibilities
Counsel students and parents about educational programs and career opportunities
Provide complete information regarding courses, universities, fees, scholarships, and admission requirements
Assist students with application and documentation processes
Follow up with leads through calls, emails, and WhatsApp
Maintain student records and admission status
Coordinate with universities and internal teams for smooth processing
Support students throughout the admission process
Achieve monthly admission and counselling targets
Requirements
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong counselling and convincing abilities
Basic computer knowledge and MS Office skills
Ability to work in a target-oriented environment
Graduation in any discipline
Experience in education counselling is preferred
Pay: ₹15,012.51 - ₹25,421.17 per month
