Job Summary:
We are hiring enthusiastic freshers for an Inside Sales & Lead Generation Associate role. Candidates should have strong communication skills, interest in B2B sales, lead generation, and customer engagement across the APAC region, especially Australia & New Zealand markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform outbound calls and email outreach to potential clients
- Support lead generation and inside sales activities
- Understand customer requirements and explain technology solutions
- Schedule meetings and coordinate with the sales team
- Maintain leads and follow-ups in CRM tools
- Conduct web research and identify B2B prospects
- Build client relationships and support pipeline development
Eligibility
- MBA / Business Management preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Business, or related field
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Interest in sales, technology, and market research
- Comfortable with outbound calling and follow-ups
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and web research
- Quick learner with a positive attitude
Preferred
- Exposure to CRM tools is an advantage
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
