*About the Role:*
We are looking for a motivated Junior Advocate with 6 months to 1 year of experience and a strong interest in Insolvency & Bankruptcy matters and Corporate Laws to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on exposure to Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code (IBC) proceedings, NCLT practice, Corporate Restructuring, and Regulatory Compliance.
*Candidate Profile:*
✅ 6 months to 1 year of post-qualification experience, preferably in litigation/corporate law
✅ Sound understanding of Companies Act, 2013, Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code, 2016 and other corporate & allied laws
✅ Experience/interest in appearing and assisting in matters before the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT)
✅ Strong drafting, legal research, communication, and advocacy skills
✅ Ability to manage case files, deadlines, and coordinate with clients/counsels effectively
✅ High attention to detail and eagerness to grow in Insolvency and Corporate Advisory practice
