Key Responsibilities:
1. Academic Responsibilities
- Teach grammar (Vyakaran), translation, comprehension, and literature (Prose & Poetry).
- Use innovative teaching methodologies to make the subject engaging and easy to understand.
- Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, and teaching aids.
2. Assessment & Evaluation
- Prepare question papers, assignments, projects, and internal assessments.
- Evaluate answer scripts and provide constructive feedback.
- Maintain accurate academic records and student performance data.
- Prepare students for Board Examinations with structured revision and practice sessions.
3. Student Development
- Design and conduct class tests, periodic assessments, and term examinations.
- Evaluate answer scripts and provide constructive feedback.
- Maintain accurate records of student performance and progress.
4. Co-curricular Involvement
- Encourage participation in Sanskrit-related activities such as shloka recitation, quizzes, and cultural programs.
- Support school events and functions as required.
6. Communication & Coordination
- Regularly communicate with parents regarding student progress.
- Collaborate with colleagues and participate in staff meetings and training sessions.

Qualification & Experience
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Sanskrit.
- B.Ed. ( optional )
