Job Summary
We are looking for a responsible and hardworking Office Assistant to support daily office operations and maintain office cleanliness and discipline. The candidate should be punctual, active, and willing to assist staff with routine office tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain office cleanliness and hygiene
- Serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and visitors
- Handle photocopying, scanning, and filing work
- Assist in courier and document handling
- Purchase pantry and office materials when required
- Support administrative and HR team in daily activities
- Arrange meeting rooms and office materials
- Handle outdoor office errands if needed
Requirements
- Minimum 10th / 12th pass
- Basic communication skills
- Honest, disciplined, and responsible
- Ability to handle multiple tasks
- Freshers can also apply
