Job Description – Technical Project Leader

We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Leader with a strong software development background, hands-on coding experience, and the ability to lead technical teams and client engagements. The ideal candidate should have expertise across multiple technology stacks, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to drive projects from requirement to delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor development teams across projects.
- Work closely with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to deliver solutions.
- Own project execution, timelines, quality, and technical delivery.
- Provide technical guidance, architecture inputs, and solution recommendations.
- Participate in client discussions, requirement analysis, demos, and technical presentations.
- Review code, design, and ensure engineering best practices.
- Identify risks and drive effective solutions.
Required Skills
- 8+ years of software development and technical leadership experience.
- Strong hands-on coding experience with understanding of modern technology stacks.
- Good knowledge of backend, frontend, databases, APIs, cloud, and application architecture.
- Experience with technologies such as .NET/Java/Node.js, Angular/React, SQL databases, and cloud platforms.
- Strong communication, leadership, and client-facing skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and guide teams effectively.

Pay: ₹554,286.67 - ₹2,052,484.58 per year
