About the Role
PES Installations Ltd., a leading company in hospital infrastructure and healthcare solutions, is looking for an AutoCAD / Design Engineer to support the design and execution of specialized hospital projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare 2D AutoCAD drawings, layouts, shop drawings, and as-built drawings.
- Develop drawings for hospital infrastructure projects including Medical Gas Pipeline Systems, Modular Operation Theatres, Hospital Furniture, BMS, and other specialized installations.
- Prepare plans, elevations, sections, details, and installation drawings.
- Coordinate with Project Engineers, Site Engineers, Architects, Consultants, and clients for drawing requirements.
- Incorporate site changes, revisions, and consultant/client comments.
- Review architectural, structural, and MEP drawings for proper coordination.
- Conduct site measurements and prepare drawings based on actual site conditions.
- Maintain proper drawing records, revisions, and documentation.
- Provide technical drawing support to the project and site teams.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical, Civil, Electrical Engineering, or a relevant field.
- 2–5 years of experience in AutoCAD / Design Engineering.
- Strong knowledge of AutoCAD 2D and engineering drawings.
- Good understanding of plans, sections, elevations, layouts, and detailing.
- Experience in MEP, hospital projects, medical gas, modular OT, piping, fabrication, or installation projects will be preferred.
- Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of MS Office; AutoCAD 3D/Revit knowledge will be an added advantage.
Preferred Candidate
A technically sound and detail-oriented professional who can work independently, coordinate effectively with project/site teams, and deliver accurate drawings within project timelines.
