Wisdom Overseas is a leading overseas education and visa consultancy specializing in Study Visas, Tourist Visas, IELTS/PTE Coaching, and International Admissions. We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented WhatsApp & Email Marketing Executive to strengthen our digital outreach and lead generation efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, manage, and execute WhatsApp marketing campaigns.
- Design and send bulk email marketing campaigns to students, agents, and prospective clients.
- Maintain and update customer databases and mailing lists.
- Generate quality leads through WhatsApp broadcasts, email campaigns, and follow-up activities.
- Prepare attractive marketing content, promotional messages, newsletters, and announcements.
- Track campaign performance, open rates, click rates, and lead conversions.
- Coordinate with the admissions and counseling team for lead nurturing.
- Ensure compliance with anti-spam policies and data privacy guidelines.
- Segment audiences and personalize marketing communications for better engagement.
- Handle WhatsApp Business tools, CRM systems, and email automation platforms.
Requirements
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in WhatsApp Marketing, Email Marketing, or Digital Marketing.
- Strong written communication skills in English and Hindi/Punjabi.
- Experience with bulk mailing software, CRM systems, and WhatsApp Business tools.
- Knowledge of Canva, AI content tools, and basic graphic designing will be an advantage.
- Ability to create compelling marketing content and promotional campaigns.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Must own or have access to a laptop and reliable internet connection.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in Overseas Education, Immigration, Visa Consultancy, EdTech, or Training Industry.
- Knowledge of lead generation and customer engagement strategies.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
