Job Summary
The Maintenance Manager will be responsible for planning, organizing, and overseeing all maintenance activities related to buildings, infrastructure, electrical systems, civil works, sewage systems, and utility services. The role requires ensuring the smooth operation of facilities through preventive and corrective maintenance while maintaining safety, efficiency, and compliance with organizational standards.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Oversee maintenance operations and programs for the renovation and upgrading of existing buildings.
- Manage teams efficiently.
- Knowledge of sewage.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Regularly plan demand for maintenance stores, both civil and electrical, and develop and implement preventive electrical systems.
- Coordinate and supervise maintenance activities to minimize downtime and ensure operational efficiency.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify and mitigate hazards.
- Repair and maintain electrical equipment.
- Allocate tasks and manage team performance to meet maintenance objectives. Ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Perform routine maintenance inspections.
- Those wanting to stay in the premises during night Accommodation and Food will be provided.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
