About the Role
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Full Stack Developer with 3–5 years of hands-on experience to join our growing engineering team in a fully remote role. You will work across the entire stack — designing, developing, and deploying scalable web applications — and collaborate closely with product, design, and QA teams to deliver high-quality features end to end.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy responsive web applications across both front-end and back-end.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices.
- Build and integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and security.
- Work with databases — designing schemas, writing efficient queries, and managing data integrity.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and architecture planning.
- Debug production issues and contribute to continuous improvement of the codebase.
- Mentor junior developers when needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 3–5 years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer.
- Strong proficiency in front-end technologies: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and at least one modern framework such as React.js, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Solid back-end experience with Node.js, Python (Django/Flask), Java (Spring Boot), or PHP (Laravel).
- Hands-on experience with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and/or NoSQL databases (MongoDB).
- Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs; familiarity with GraphQL is a plus.
- Proficient with Git and version control workflows.
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker), and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills — written and verbal.
Nice to Have
- Experience with TypeScript.
- Exposure to microservices architecture.
- Knowledge of testing frameworks (Jest, Mocha, Cypress, etc.).
- Experience with serverless technologies.
- Contributions to open-source projects.
