PROFILE : Operation Manager
Responsibilities:
● Field Operations Leadership: Directly oversee and manage the Field Operations team, ensuring efficient project execution, adherence to deadlines, and high-quality standards.
● Contractor & Painter Management: Recruit, qualify, and onboard skilled painters and contractors. Develop and maintain a network of reliable vendors to meet project requirements.
● Project Oversight: Coordinate with the Operations Strategy Manager to ensure project plans are followed, resources are allocated effectively, and quality control procedures are implemented on-site.
● Vendor Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with paint suppliers, contractors, and other vendors. Negotiate competitive rates and ensure timely delivery of high-quality materials and services.
● Performance Management: Track the performance of field personnel, contractors, and vendors using key performance indicators (KPIs). Provide feedback, coaching, and conduct performance reviews to ensure continuous improvement.
● Safety & Compliance: Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols and ensure all field operations comply with industry regulations and company policies.
● Customer Satisfaction: Work closely with the customer service team to address any concerns promptly and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications:
● Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, or a related field (preferred).
● Minimum 3+ years of experience in operations management or a similar role within the construction or home improvement industry.
● Proven experience in managing field operations, contractors, and vendors.
● Strong understanding of construction practices, painting techniques, and safety protocols.
● Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
● Ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
● Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
● Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
● Proficient in Google Sheets and project management software (a plus).

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
