xecutive Assistant cum Admin Executive

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and professional Executive Assistant cum Admin Executive to support the Director in daily business operations. The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's Degree in English (Honours), have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, and be capable of handling official correspondence, administrative tasks, and office coordination efficiently.
Key ResponsibilitiesExecutive Support
- Draft, review, and send professional emails on behalf of the Director.
- Manage the Director's email correspondence and ensure timely responses.
- Prepare business letters, proposals, reports, presentations, and other official documents.
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain the Director's calendar.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, partners, and internal departments on behalf of the Director.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company information.
Administrative Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day administrative and office management activities.
- Maintain company records, files, and documentation.
- Assist in preparing meeting agendas, minutes of meetings (MOM), and follow-up actions.
- Coordinate travel bookings, hotel reservations, and other logistics when required.
- Monitor office supplies and ensure smooth office operations.
- Support HR and other departments with administrative requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in English Honours (B.A. English Honours).
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
- Strong drafting, proofreading, and business correspondence abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Good organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
- Professional attitude with strong attention to detail.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in handling corporate communications and official emails.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong interpersonal and coordination skills.
- Knowledge of office administration procedures.
Experience
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may apply.
- 1–3 years of experience in Executive Assistant, Administrative Executive, or similar roles will be preferred.
Salary :
As per company standards and candidate experience.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
