Recruiter – US Hiring
Onsite | 11 AM – 8 PM IST | Monday–Saturday | Full-Time

At LeadFreak, we help career coaches, recruitment firms, and businesses connect with the right talent. We’re looking for a recruiter who enjoys finding the right people, starting conversations, and building strong talent pipelines.
What you’ll do:
- Source candidates for US-based roles through LinkedIn and other platforms
- Screen profiles and match candidates with job requirements
- Reach out to candidates and manage conversations
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline
- Coordinate interviews and follow-ups
- Use LinkedIn, sourcing tools, and AI to work smarter
- Keep candidate information and hiring progress organized
What we’re looking for:
- 6 months–1 year of recruitment experience
- US hiring experience is a plus
- Strong communication and follow-up skills
- Comfortable using LinkedIn and sourcing platforms
- Good understanding of candidate screening and sourcing
- Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable working 11 AM – 8 PM IST
