Primary Role
To build relationships with healthcare professionals and persuade them to prescribe or use the company’s pharmaceutical products.
Key Responsibilities
1. Product Promotion Visit doctors, clinics, hospitals, and pharmacies regularly Explain the benefits, uses, and features of medicines Conduct presentations or product demonstrations
2. Sales & Target Achievement Meet monthly or quarterly sales targets Increase product prescriptions and market share Track competitor products and market trends
3. Relationship Management Build strong professional relationships with doctors and pharmacists Maintain customer databases and follow up regularly
4. Territory Management Plan daily routes and visits efficiently Cover assigned geographic areas consistently
5. Reporting & Documentation Submit daily/weekly sales reports Maintain records of meetings and feedback Report market intelligence to managers
6. Product Knowledge Stay updated on new medicines, clinical data, and industry regulations Attend training sessions and workshops
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
